My problem is my lower body is lean. I use to go to gymnasium for years and now stoped. My upper body remains fit and my legs are very lean. how can I make my lower part stronger?

to balance ur upper and lower...increase your legwork excercises...inrease in weight and intensity gradually...then just maintain ur upper body workouts without increasing weights and intensity...plus go hi protein in ur diet...

cycling is a good way to increase muscles on the legs.
Try changing between long distance rides on a medium gear
and shorter rides on a high gear where you try to do sprints.
you'll soon see an increas in your leg strength
