When my girlfriend is sexually very excited, her breasts become hard to the touch and they tighten, and change shape completely. I think this only happens to some girls, what do you think?

changed in the breast when aroused happens to every girl. some changes colour, some shape and some get hard. depends on the girl and the level of excitement she is in.
