Christians have a problem with truth. Their old myths are all the can find in life to keep ahead of the times. As More people become educated the more of their religion must fall by the way side.
'First the old testament, than the new when it became obvious the old would no longer be be believed. What next? the last testament.

While it's rude and wrong for people to force their religion on you
you should always have an open mind to what people have to say
i can see your frustration over that Jesus thing but taking a look of what jesus has to offer won't kill ya I am sure you belong to some kind of faith either being an atheist or what not you have a good explanation for it if people were to ask you
as you know religion will never go away until you die so being mean and losing your good day over it is just ridiculous
instead my attitude would be either i take look at their claims
or just ignore it and enjoy my day...........
all those previous answers ARE RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!! all they do is giving comfort to your mean attitude towrads christianity
which I think you should take a look at anyway and that will justify your attitude based on what you find out!!!!!!!!!!!!!

man... I get worse than this. I get "idiot", "ignorant", "liar", "retard","satanist", " hell bound", "deceiver". All in the one email sometimes.
I dont have a problem with something like this "Many atheist are just so stupid", at least thats general and true. But to be so direct and rude like that in a personal email, I think is just plain immature.
i guess when many christians are teaching doctorines like "be like a child for God" we should expect these adults remaining immature and uneducated, always taking thing personally. perpetual child hood is practicaly glorified in many many churches

I find people like that actually quite comical and realize that they are being rude to others because their ego is so big they know the way- no worries. I am glad they have found the way for themselves - to bad they don't respect the rights of others to have their own way.

Yeah, they are freaks! "I can't think of a life without God!"..."I can't do anything without God."..."God doesn't approve of that, and therefore, neither shall I."
This is all bullcrap, and I am glad to say that I am living a very happy life believing in myself and my abilities, rather than hoping a fairy tale will make everything right for me.

why are you so sensitive about something so easy to avoid? Why is a message - misguided to you maybe, but well intentioned - something that will annoy you all day long?
you're here in this section where you cannot avoid the things you say annoy you - so why come to the religion/spirituality section if it's going to get you that upset?
searching?

"Save me Jeebus"
It just goes to show that their are fanatics in every religion.
don't worry to much about them. They are people with usually a big mouth but nothing to back it up

Mainly the evangelical ones. Those are converters who spread the good news and try to win you over

Do you ever get tired of believing you came from primates and single celled organism blobs. To me it takes more faith to believe in that, than it does to believe in God. And you'll certainly believe in God when you stand before him after you die, but I hope sooner
