To start with let me tell you there is nothing called security mentally. Maybe financial security, but no mental security. Even financial security is not absolute. You can save as much money as possible and maybe lose it in no time. While we all are forever looking for security, in reality there can never be absolute security in anything. There's a constant change in life, in your surroundings, in people and you can only be at rest if you understand this change.
Coming to hypertension, if its a medical condition, you can take medical advice and there are drugs to control hypertension, which is nothing but high blood pressure. But if its mental worries that you are talking about, then you can help yourself by understanding life. There is actually no need for tension, stress or worries, but due to our conditioning, that is the way we are brought up, taught, the pressures of society, trying to be acceptable and respected, we tend to pile up worries, stress etc. This is all because of our thoughts, our mind. We have to understand that life is never what we want it to be, it is how it is from time to time. The tension and stress is not because of what is happening around us but it is because of how we react to our surroundings. We must be able to understand ourselves, our thinking, how our mind works, the tricks it plays with us. This is possible if we are alert and aware of our mind, our thinking at all times. This alertness will bring to you the truth of life of what is and not what should be. The whole tension in life is about what should be and what should not be. While actually you should be able to what is, the truth and be with it. Try and live in the present moment and not in the past or future. A good mental health will follow.

Are you sure that you are referring to the right complaint? Hypertension is very high blood pressure the symptoms of which which do not fit the description you gave. For a high level of mental tension there are a number of different approaches to its treatment. The last resort is medication which should be avoided for as long as possible while you try the other ways. Try to learn one of the many relaxation techniques first, I found this helped me a lot in the past. If you have no joy along that path there are many councilors you can talk to. Good luck.

There is a herb called thorn apple. It is otherwise a poisonous plant. Grown wild near some watery places 2feet long but tends to spread itself on ground.It bears small apple size fruit ,greenish in colour with thorns on it so that animals do nt eat it being a poison. When the fruit is ripe it hangs dry from the plant and bursts at the bottom, has brown kidney shaped seeds. Collect these ripe seeds and after drying keep in bottle. Daily at night take only 4 seeds ( more could have poisonous effect ) with one black pepper seed with a cup of milk at bed time once in 24 hours. In the meantime keep taking your other hypertension medicine regularly till your BP starts going down and becomes lower than the normal limit. Then leave the medicine and cotinue with the above herbal medicine till you feel the heat of hypertensoin has gone out of your body and your BP has stabilized/ become normal. You may not now take it regularly but can take it occasionally whenever you feel high BP. I have myself tried this herbal medicine and left taking BP tablets "TENORMIN 100mg " on daily basis. It is a slow but a sure medicine with no known side effects. But be warned that the seeds are a poison in case you exceed the doze or take it more than once in 24 hours.

hey you can get ok quite easily. Just start yoga - it's good for your body & even better for your mind. Find a good teacher - and it's probably better to start in a group. Avoid the westernised forms of yoga - stick to the classical style. This will guarantee you a healthy mind

do u know the roll reverse . very simple.After leaving from ur office and enter in to the home u may pl spend time in the kitchen , helping your wife for preparing tea, cutting vegetables, roasting the vegetables etc..
Spend some time to worship god
try out meditation
u should try to make the situations happy around u

do meditation daily half an hr in the morning.
tell yourself that u should be cool and handle situations without getting tensed up. once u get meditation into practice, u ll overcome anger and tension.
