I think you are probably referring mainly to high fat/high sugar foods. We are evolutionarily programmed to seek foods with the highest amount of calories from the time when food was not as easily obtained. Man came to recognize those foods with the highest calories as desirable.

actually all the food are delicious it's just that when you it too much of it the effect will not be good . . .if you have eaten all the food you like before in a good diet there will no way that it will be bad for you
