i know it has welches grape juice, sugar, water, and yeast, but i dont remember the correct measurements. my dad used to make it, and it was WONDERFUL...

whatever juice u have or fruit it takes 1 gallon juice to 1 pound sugar if juice is concentrate just a pinch of yeast to get it started if 5 gallons u add 5 lbs sugar

first you have to have grapes, then u pick them and put them in big plastic container. wash your feet very well not with soap because soap can leave traces. you start squeezing them with your feet till it is juice. then u empty with a help of a sif ( so the grains dint go in the grape juice) them in a big glass container. you buy a fermentation
it a kit and leave the for 2 month in the cave if you have one no light,. taste it and tell me. i do it for years and its the best wine , it has no additive or coloring. good luck
