Doesn't this sound like communist propaganda?
Isn't this out-dated, as ideology?

Brainwashed into believing there is no God? Are you serious? If anyone has the market cornered on brainwashing, I know who it is.

I don't think that there is any brain washing going on. Except in communist totalitarian societies.

First you have to identify what type of atheism are we talking about. The one that chooses not to believe in God because it imposes some moral guidelines, some times too unconfortable and too strict to follow? Then you find also those that deny God' existence, due to dispair. Because of difficult situations occur, the idea of a God that permits disaster, is too hard ro accept

Never the less a very smart man pin pointed it a while ago in a book called "Thus Spoke Zarathrusta"... "God is death, you have killed Him. You and I. And now the world without its sun stumbles, left and right, and down..." "What will we do, where will we go, there is no North?" Nietzsche understood the problem, and saw the dispearof his time.
Some times we need to aspire to something bigger, we need the certainty that there is something else, something more to aspire to.
No brain washing.

Now, religion is not about churches, or giving your money to somebody, or to some institution in order to buy your salvation!!!
Is to intimately interact with the one whose presence, sometimes you experience, within.

No nickname needed, no ID required. Is all the same God with a different face, with a different name, but with your own lastname. It is a God that can be found in the face of the other, the one sitting next to you, the one reading this at the same time that you are.
The true atheist inquires deeper into what the reality of God is all about, and does not accept simplistic explanations. He/she finds that God is not in the idea, but rather in the experience of being with another human being.
Some times atheism is a matter of deeper questioning, searching for a more definite truth about what what everyone else perceives as one-sided-simple God.
Which is what theology and sincere spirituality is all about.

What you see is not as real as God. What you see should prove to you there is a God. If you try and tell me we just became without a creator then you need to go rethink some things. Ask any athiest how the whole universe came about to exist and I mean every galaxy, planet and star, also the ones still being created. Ask how the earth has one set speed it is to turn and one set speed to rotate around the sun. Also the sun is just at the right distance for life to be sustained here on earth which includes billions of diverse lifeforms (That according to athiests just popped out of nowhere or crawled out of the Ocean). Is it all just coincedence? Also ask them to get an empty mason jar and set it in their house and go back to the jar 20 or 30 years later or more if needed and see whats in it..........you know what would be in it? Still nothing. You have to have a Creator and it scares athiests.
Also for the big bang theory supporters........where did the material that went bang come from and the energy to make it go BANG? I'll tell you, God created it and he may have made a "BIG BANG" out of it to put it where he wanted it I won't dispute that because the Universe is still expanding. All in all the athiests have too many questians to answer themselves that the Bible already explains. I'd rather believe there is a God and die and if there isn't I will then lose nothing but if there is a God and Creator and I've argued to people he isn't then I lose alot. Think it over friend. Are you really sure about denying God? The evidence is against you. The Bible, the only Holy written word of God explains all things past, present and future. There is no excuse for not having the knowledge, it's there.

Well I do not think that people are being brainwashed into believing there is no God. I think that with today's society there is a openness like there hasn't been before, and people are free to believe what they wish. I do however feel pity for them....unfortunately it will take being left behind in the rapture for most of them to believe.

A better question is why are people still stupid enough to believe there IS a god? With all the scientific advances and education, it is simply shocking that there are still so many ignorant people believing fairy tale mythology such as the existence of an omnipotent being.

Good grief.

Usually, people become atheists because they have intensely studied and questioned whatever faith they were raised in and found that faith wanting. Usually severely wanting. Many atheists go from study of their own religion to study of others, often with the same result. No one is being "brainwashed" into it. It's the result of careful examination.

Which explains why there are so few of us. It's a hard thing to question a religion.

Nobody's brainwashed into believing there is no God. Anybody can believe what they want. Sects, on the other hand, - religious sects - are well known for dominating people's wills and brainwashing them. That or murdering them.

I'm not precisely Communist, and I don't believe in God. In fact, the pure capitalistic souls are atheist as well, for the simple fact that God and its churches divert capital in form of donations and more useless stuff.

Why are you so obsessed with brainwashing? Are you so stupid that you can be brainwashed with just words? Why don't you read about brainwashing and you will see how incredibly difficult it is to actually do that.
