Could an 18-year-old guy go to jail because he was dating a 16-year-old girl?

if he has sex wit her ya, but otherwise no. the sex thing is a gay law, i know. and all you people that find saying gay is wrong, that is a queer law, or homosexual law. happy?

If the guy is still going to school then yes he can date her, but once he is out of school he has to wait until she is 18

Depends what country you are in. Here in Australia the legal age of consent is 16 so over here - no you wouldn't. Don't know where you are though!!

if sex is involved and you get caught. If sex is involved and you don't get caught then no. Be careful...no kids! Strap up...no STD's.
