It's thin, dry, soft texture is not doughy like other breads and is therefore highly popular with dieters, doctors and those interested in their health, as well as with diabetics and with children, encouraging them to chew properly.

Mountain Bread can be used for all kinds of sandwiches - you can roll it up with your favourite filling and is ideal for serving with all meals and dips. It tastes delicious just spread with butter, and toasts beautifully to give you great, crispy, toasted sandwiches. It even tastes good when baked or toasted and crumbled into milk to serve as a breakfast food. You can even use the bread as a lasagne base instead of pasta or for cannelloni, as well as for souvlaki and spring rolls.
