There are many convertor softwares available. However they are not free. Trial softwares convert only part or for a short period. Try them and get the one suitable for you. You can go to any search engine and get them.

Go to google and search for free audio conversion programs. However even coverting it, it will still sound like the midi did, but just be in the format of the mp3, and I'm guessing that isn't what you are going after. Try looking for the mp3 you want online, often on places like myspace the song can show up on a music profile if you know the artist.
