start applying directly for big companies like Accenture, Mastek, IBM and manyother big names becuase i know they are in need of IT exp people. Send your CV to the HR Department of the each company, do mention About Recruitment dep on top of the address... Good luck to you. I am sure if you do this you will definately get good reply.

First, work on your spelling. Second, don't say "1.3 exp" like it is a good thing. Third, "big companies" are not going to come to you...YOU have to get out there and WORK IT!! Good Luck!!
