BUFFALO WINGS! That or a one-egg omelette sandwich (inbetween toast that is), with maybe some ham in it. Or a grilled cheese sandwich. What you could also do is slice some pieces of mozzarella and eat them plain (I love mozzarella, my fave cheese). Or you could heat up a pot and heat up a bowl of canned chili (I like to add extra cayenne pepper sauce) and use the chili as a dip for corn chips (I love Tostitos scoops).

For a full breakfast I'd say get some cheese and bell peppers in there too. Personally, I love omelettes with hotsauce in mine.

Maybe you could have a nice piece of fruit (or pieces if you eat grapes and such).

Tortilla wheels, you need tortillas cream cheese, delli meat, and cheese and lettuce, and tomato and onion, or whatever you want to put on it and you put everything in it and roll it up and it is really yummy (and it doesn't require cooking, only cutting!)

If you dont eat it this time, try it some other time, it is really yummy
