Definetly YES, I have had my fair share of women, and there is one in particular I wish to GOD I hadnt blew it with, and that was easily over 10 years ago. If I was ever fourtunate to run into her again, I wouldnt hesitate to jump at the chance and tell her exactly whats she means to me.

Maybe he found that you were the best girl for him after 7 years of dating and decided not to let this chance pass him by. If he is single and you are single, there is nothing wrong with his bringing up the subject.
If you are interested, why not go out with him if your aren't seeing anyone else. If you don't want to jump into anything to serious just let him know that up front. Sometimes old loves renewed end up being true loves so unless you had problems in your relationship before that couldn't be changed with time, why not give it another try. It may just work out this time.

If you are not attached yet, give yourselves some time before concluding whether he really loves you. he could be regretting his earlier break-up with you, after time & experience with others.
Why did you break up in the first place? Was it anything serious?
Is he coming back to you for sex?
It will be love if he respects you, your views and your decision. If he loves you, he will be prepared to wait till you are sure. Most importantly, do not mistake sex for love!

I don't know. How about you ask him out for a cup of coffee and to get caught up, see what's happened in his life. He may have just broken up with someone and was reminiscing and missing you. It's not unusual to think about past loves and wonder how they're doing, I still think of my first love, 28 years later!

7 years? People changes alot within 7 years. what did he do within those 7 years? Really don't mean to be rude or anything, I hope it didn't take him 7 years to figure out you are his last hope or something.
