AIDS.. more accurately..HIV infect through blood stream. So if you both got open cut.. then yes.
There are other pretty nasty stuff that transmit through kissing..
Herpes.. cold sores that form at places where you have skin to skin contact.
Hepatitis.. can transmit through kissing.

Any exchange of bodily fluids can transmit the HIV virus.
But you are far more likely to contract a form of Hepatitus or herpes (which are far more common and just as untreatable but they don't have the media hysteria that HIV gets).

Yes! If the person you kiss has aids and open sores and you have open sores. Most likely if you're with a person who has AIDS you will know.

I agree, if you're that ignorant about sex and STDs PLEASE do not have sex! Seek out some information, from RELIABLE sources, i.e. sex. ed. class, school counselors, doctors, etc.
Do not trust strangers on the net to give you truthful answers. All that will happen is you'll end up more confussed then before, or worse.
