I think 3 years works very well for me.

Young enough for me to take care of.. They are mature enough and can legally drink.

Age is just a #.. As long as you feel you guys can communicate at about the same level. That's all it matters.

I don't think it is right for society to dictate age acceptance in relationships. There is a 21 year age gap between my boyfriend and I (I'm 27). I have never been happier in my life. Just like with any relationship, it needs to have the essentials like trust, understanding, communication, interests, goals, etc. If those elements are in place, then nothing else matters. Love is the greatest feeling in the world, and age shouldn't stop anyone from experiencing it.

Really, it is whatever the people feel comfortable with themselves. Providing they are legally adults and are responsible people, I think anything goes.

The acceptable age difference varies between cultures, and during the historical ages. It's no good saying that everyone would think it was ok for a 45 year old man to marry a 15 year old woman because that is what happened 400 years ago - that's not acceptable now.

I think it can between 1year to 4years not more than these. If it is 5 years and more then naturally a gap occurs between the boy & girl in the way of thinking, habits, relationship, common behaviour varies among both, finally leading to dis-satisfaction in the married life as nothing will match due to so much of age difference.

Say up to five years - but there is no general rule, nor should there be. Big differences don't make a lot of difference at the beginning (unless they are huge e.g.70-20) but even ten year differences can become difficult in the longer term. Thinking ahead is essential.

Genetically a man is five years less than a woman. Meaning that a woman of 20 years of age is equal to a man of 25. Women do grow older quicker than men. Bearing this fact , a man has to be at least five years older than a woman.

oh my, any!
tho better like 28 and 31 than 82 and 13, lol!!
Rather depends on individual choice. Me - i can't even look at men my age (mid-20s), they are such little boys, have no idea what they want from their lives, themselves and most importantly, their women. They don't even excite me, it's like fancying your younger brother. My golden age is like 10-12 yrs my seniour. But as I'm saying, it's only my individual choice.
Society does impose certain restrictions as well, but i don't see why anyone should care, unless they're obviously breaking the law. See for yourself

As long as both partners are legal age difference does not matter.
