This would be SUPER catastrophic!! All higher forms of life on this planet depend on anaerobic bacteria and the processes they drive, no one would be able to digest food anymore, for one example of how BAD this would be. The balance of Nitrogen and Oxygen in our atmosphere is determined largely by the bacteria in the guts of termites and other insects, the world would see a major shift in the biosystem and the planet would be unfit for human life without bacteria.

Everything would be incredibly messed up. Basically the way the world works would just stop in its tracks.

Stop and think about the bacteria just inside the human body. Many of these bacteria perform useful tasks such as breaking down nutrients.

there is good bacteria as well as bad bacteria, so if all bacteria disapeared then most likely all other life would follow suit.
