Ever since God warned the first couple (Adam and Eve) not to drink blood, because, there is life in it.
EXTREMIST: (killers, religious cults, fanatics) - There are some people that are extremists who practice blood letting and blood drinking for entirely different motivations. These groups might kill a human or animal to get blood. They might drink it out of a glass. They may offer bloodshed as a religious offering and sacrifice. They may drink or let blood as part of a ceremonial ritual. These extremists often believe that blood is a powerful agent, that it can help one gain immortality. They use it to worship a deity.
Blood letting or drinking may rarely also be a motivation for murder. There are a few people who sincerely believe they actually are vampires and are obsessed with vampires to the extent of becoming a fanatic. This person is not really religiously or homicidally motivated; they are delusional and probably disturbed. At the very least, they have lost the ability to distinguish fantasy from reality. These groups or individual extremists are very relatively small in number. Their fanaticism or criminal activity lands them in the media spotlight at times, but the destructive groups are not the whole of those who practice blood letting or blood drinking. An overwhelming majority of people who have engaged in an act of blood drinking will never come close to this category.

A condudrum. As their God does not allow them to eat meat that has blood in it . that would be imposable as the blood flowes through all of the body. From pictures of Kosture meat it is from the front half of the animales that they can eat. But that still has blood flowing though it.
Not added by Nazis
Some might come fromthe Comantdments set down at the time of the Exodous. some types of animal meat does not travel well after the animal has been killed . Pork for one as it spoiles fast even if salted right away.

Relates to the bible, (old testament and what God considered unclean), read it, not the nazis? Where in the heck did you get such an idea???? Not to mention that which just occurred to me...who DOES drink blood? (Christians drink the "blood of Christ" in a symbolic way by the way, not literally!!)

The blood is what carries the life. God said not to drink or eat blood because it is the life of a creature. that is why the jewish people do not touch the blood of their food.

It was a jewish custom long before there ever was a germany. There were laws given to them by God to protect them. They were told by God not to eat pork, you see, no one knew 5000 years ago that bacteria were bad for you, they didn't know there was bacteria or that storing pork without refrigeration was almost impossible, so instead of giving them a thousand rules on how to prepare and preserve pork, God said " hey, no pigs for you guys"

I don't know the answer to your question, but I feel highly confident that the Nazis added nothing to Judaism.

Uhm....if by Nazis you meant Jehovah's witness....then yes, there is a verse in OT on not drinking blood that they misinterpreted to mean no transfusions.
