The scale 4-6 of 10, of 6, of 100 or what. If you are 4-6 of 100 the screams might indicate terror. On the other hand 4-6 of 6 max might indicate pleasure.

I cant think of any reason why anyone would scream at an average looking person.
You are not 4 to 6.
You must be much higher then 6 or much lower then 4.
