I agree with you. You forgot to mention the "illegals" are serving in Iraq as well. That would be another good question since you ae so good to find real facts. Also, I love your questions and answers. I learn something new that's completely based on facts. You bring out the real ignorance out of light from people like Zoe, Joe and his whatever and some other ones. That's why I always give you 5 stars and thumbs up even tough I don't receive them from you. But o well, you re from El Paso, you're forgiven.

seems to me which you're disillusioned on the incorrect bunch of persons. particularly of having mad at thw workers who basically intend to make a living, why no longer get mad on the employers and companies that hire illegals? right here is an concept: positioned the CEO or proprietor of any enterprise that hires illegals in penitentiary for 2 years. After the 1st 5 or ten CEO's visit penitentiary, I wager companies does no longer be hiring such a number of illegals. considering there does no longer be jobs for them, the illegals does no longer have any reason to come back to this u . s .. truly, it truly is a grant and insist situation. decrease off the provision (jobs) and the call for (unlawful hard artwork) heavily isn't a situation.

Angela, you get nuttier as time goes by! I can't believe the things you pop out with! Give me a break!
So, now you are trying to tell us that the illegal immigrants just LOVE to work so much that they just come here to work for nothing? Just how stupid do you think we all are? Bullcrap! Even if they are working for "little or no pay," you and I and everyone else knows that they are supplementing that "nothing" pay with all the freebies, welfare, free medical/health care, free lodging and food, etc., and so don't try to tell us that they just love us so much that they even sacrifice themselves to work for "little or no pay," for us! And, as some other posters have said here, I also believe that they have ulterior motives in New Orleans - they plan to take over the city. Illegals do NOT love America and so don't try to feed us that hogwash! They love MEXICO, as they tell us at every opportunity as they march and wave the Mexican flag while chanting that they are "La Raza" and they are taking back their land!
As someone else posted here in answer to your (so-called) question, there are legitimate American contractors who are being blocked from the jobs because the illegals will work for substandard pay (and they can do this and manage, because they are able to supplement their substandard pay with all the freebies available to them, that are NOT also available to the legitimate American workers.)
Let's get real here - there is not an "even" playing board when illegals are able to work for peanuts, knowing they can reap so much more in all the social freebies and not having to have normal deductions taken off their paychecks that Americans have to have. This is NOT fair competition. The fairness would only come about if ALL the illegal immigrants were here legally and had to pay all the deductions off their pay and were not eligible for any kinds of freebies from welfare, medical, etc. If that were the case, the illegals would not want to come here. They do not want to compete on a fair playing field because they know they would then lose.

about some illegals work for little, it's not only in new orleans, but happen in all across america, canada, europe, japan, korea, and other rich countries, saudi arabia as well.
but I haven't seen or known if there are some illegals work for no pay. If there are, then they must be in hostage condition
About the government, they pretend that such things don't exist, because they realized these illegals are useful to build their economics.
So the one to blame is first the broker who brought the illegals to america, then the government themselves who pretended nothing happened.

More Hard Working Illegals--The post Trabajo — and I DO mean "HO" describes an encounter at a gas station where a presumed illegal alien prostitute propositioned another man. All funny-weird and all, but for those who want to the real screwing New Orleans is about to get, consider this comment:
Some people I know in the law enforcement community have said that there has been a decent sized influx of Mexican gangs into the area since Katrina. It used to be our thugs were so damn mean and prone to pump lead into the competition (especially competition of another race) that the Mexicans didn't see New Orleans as being a "viable market". Since all our hard-core killers are for the most part elsewhere, the Mexican gangs are using this as an opportunity to get themselves established here. They are bringing in drugs and a LOT of prostitution of both persuasions with them.
Anyone wanna bet the Health Units are going to see a nice run of STD's in the near future??

There's always two sides to every story .. I've read plenty of critical reports that illegals were bussed in, taking jobs that the black community there wanted for themselves, but didn't get .... this is only one source:
"NEW ORLEANS - As military helicopters thumped overhead, R.J. Rouzan paced and waved his arms inside an office in City Hall.
National Guard troops that morning last week had blocked him from visiting his property in the Lower 9th Ward. Something to do with needing a permit. City officials didn't know what he was talking about.
Then, in the middle of an argument that seemed to be about red tape, Rouzan veered suddenly toward a subject that has angered many local residents.
"They let trucks full of illegal aliens in there and not the property owners?" Rouzan yelled at a weary-looking receptionist.
Immigrant workers - some in the country illegally - have been pouring into New Orleans since Hurricane Katrina devastated the city.
While no one knows how many Hispanic workers are in New Orleans, teams of Mexican and Central American laborers drawn from around the United States appear throughout the city. Wearing white protective suits and yellow boots, they pressure wash mold-infested rooms, tear out Sheetrock, rip down soaked insulation and empty rotten shrimp from refrigerators.
They retire at night to downtown or outlying hotels paid for by contractors, sometimes four or more to a room, or in tents in city parks. They are some of the more visible occupants of a half-empty city.
In an address to business owners and contractors during a "Back to Business" forum this month at the Sheraton, Mayor Ray Nagin said he knew what group members were thinking: "How do I ensure that New Orleans is not overrun by Mexican workers?"
They answered with applause.
Rouzan wasn't there. But he feels their frustration.
Rouzan, a black owner of construction and trucking businesses, said his employees are scattered across several states. Without a place to stay, they can't come back to work. Watching Hispanic workers take similar jobs, Rouzan seethes.
"They are allowing people to come in who are getting jobs while we as homeowners who built this city, they don't let us get access to our property," Rouzan said.

I know alot of Americans who are doing the same thing there. Lots of people went for little or no pay. They don't love America more than we do or they would quit exploiting it. They move into apartments and destroy them with bringing in 20 people to live with them. They are planning on staying there is why they are so helpful.

Angela, did you know there were blacks who lost their homes in Katrina working to rebuild their city and their own lives, who were replaced by the cheap illegal immigrant labor being paid for by our tax dollars? This situation is a major scandal, in my opinion, and I'm kind of surprised to see you be the one to bring it up.
http://www.hattiesburgamerican.com/apps/...
"WASHINGTON - A new group says immigrant laborers are stealing coveted hurricane reconstruction jobs from victims of last year's storms, a claim that brings the bitter national debate over illegal immigration to the Gulf Coast.
Members of the group, Choose Black America, want to stop the flow of illegal immigrants, who they say are more willing than local residents to work for low wages and live in substandard conditions.
"Companies were awarded billions of tax dollars dedicated to rebuilding the region but are evading immigration and other laws designed to protect American workers - out of sheer greed," conservative black columnist Armstrong Williams, a member of the coalition, said. "There are many people who want to come back to New Orleans, but there are no opportunities for them," he said. "

Awww. That is sooooooooooo sad! Maybe the people who are NOT illegal aliens should be building and working there instead, for NO pay, because it is YOUR home! I heard, sadly, from a friend of mine who went there, that so many of you are out spending your federal recomp checks at the casinos. Why don't those people use those checks to reimburse the 'aliens'? Better yet, kick their asses OUT of our country cuz they KNOW the legal way, but they also know the chumps who don't care about the USA will just shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Yeah and they will probably be the ones to inhabit it now. They will build themselfs a home and live! But who can blame them. Blame the Gov.!!!
They don't have to come here and work for little to no pay! They can stay home and not help America!! Oh but wait, even our little to no pay w/ no benifits, and no amnesty I guess it must still be better than it is in Mexico!

Thats a load of BS. Ive heard numerous stories through about American contractors being told theyre not needed to work there anymore because they have illegals to do the jobs.Another fine example of our great government and media looking out for its citizens.
