If the scratches are starting to affect your vision you must get new glasses. Personally I will never buy plastic lenses as they are much softer than glass and usually thicker.

No online places sell glass lenses. The call for is merely too small to benefit stocking glass lenses anymore. Fewer and much less brick and mortar places do the two. Glass lenses are so risky and how human beings are born to sue....maximum do no longer elect to take of challenge with them anymore. that's all your mind's eye that cup is clearer additionally , and scratching should not be a project in case you get a solid high quality anti scratch coating. maximum of my sufferers come decrease back after 2 or 3 years without mark on their lenses. ( plastic ) interior of a pair of years or much less, there possibly should not be any further glass lenses available.

Small scratches do not interfere with vision through glasses. The scratches can only block limited light rays.Rt eye and left eye are mirror images of each other but scatches do not occur with that symmetry.

best to change the lens if there are too many scratches already. to avoid future scratches on your new ones, use the cloth your optometrist/optical shop give away; don't use just any kind of cloth like your t-shirt or towel.
