They probably will not get much longer, but may get a some wider as the guy fills out.

My bor is 19, over 6 feet tall and has 13 1/2 feet. A few months ago he was 13 feet. You aren't really done growing. You are never done growing.

theres no telling it depends on the thing he does he could probably still grow alot more for there are still people who are consider giants but not to defend you or anything.
