only time will heal your heart. just accept the situation and try to move on. cry if you need to, crying makes the heart stronger. it will ease the pain.

It happens that way sometimes. It's true you can actually feel like your heart is hurting literally. You just feel things very deeply and that is a gift... find an outlet for your pain. Write, paint, draw, sing... something to express what this feels like to you right now. If you can use it in a positive way, you will feel better faster. It will pass and your heart will heal with time. You may look back on this and wonder what the fuss was about, you never know. In the mean time, take care of you.
PS: Any guy who would do that is not worth your pain, but that's a lesson you have to learn yourself the hard way. I think you just did. How you handle it? Head up, no outward sign of anything to him just casual, calm, cool and collected. When he gets back to you (and he will - they always do), just be nice but blow him off. You deserve better. Somebody had to teach him...

Show up at his place and find out first hand just why he did what he did.... Just because he punked you and is walking tall with some new skank don't mean that he can just dismiss you without at very least letting you know what the deal is... Don't take no ****! You want to be happy, then go out and do what it takes to be happy! And don't forget there are like 6 billion people in this world. Just walk out the front door and you will meat someone .... DEEP BREATHSSSSS, now go take care of business! U be all-right;)

You said prolly..., so thats a maybe. Go ask him first. But if he is, then I'm sorry. In that case he's probably not giving it much thought, and it is better for you to not think about it too much either. Go meet your friends, do some other things, and not think about it at all. Just let the memories fade slowly. I promise you they will. Go out to clubs, go meet some other guys, and keep taking care of yourself. You two sound close. I would've thought he would've at least came forward and been honest about it. Call him.

The pain will go away in time my friend. The fact is since he's the one that "dismissed" you then he did you a favor because now you know he's not right for you. I know your heart hurts but give it time. Make sure you keep busy. Get rid of anything in your room and/or at work that reminds you of him.
And since you're young make sure you go out and meet other guys. Life is too short. Enjoy it while you can. It's all good. Have fun and before you know you're going to be saying "who was that?".

Looking at the bright side is what you should at this point. You are now available to meet someone better. And besides, spending more time with the guy would probably end in more emotions and time wasted. Dismissing you w/o warning just shows what a loser he is.

He isn't the only guy on the planet. He clearly doesn't value you as a person, so he's no good anyway. Yes, it does hurt, but the only way to get over it is to get back out there and meet other people who will take your breath away and be ten times more worthy of you and what you have to give than he was. Don't settle for less than what you deserve just for the sake of having a man on your arm.

I've been where you're at before. Heck I'm there right now. The things that keep me going is knowing that this feeling will stop, knowing that I'm now free to focus on another part of my life that needs work, and knowing that God has a plan for us all. This is a test for you and it wouldn't be given to you if you couldn't pass it. Be strong and don't let this get you down.

I know your pain. You just have to let it out. CRY and CRY again. Let it out. He wasn't worth the heart ache. God did you a favor by letting you know early. If he cared about you he would not have done such a inhumane act. Keep your head up. He just paved the way for Mr. Right to come along. He will be sorry. Move on.

a great girl like you doesnt deserve a guy like him. its better to cry it all out and afterwards you feel better. stand up, dress up, hold your head high as if nothing happened. go watch movie, have a stroll at the park, swim at a beach with friends, eat ice cream, bake a cake. these things can make you forget him. keep yourself busy always. i know that someday you'll get to meet a very nice person that will love you unconditionally. for now, you have to enjoy yourself or go out with friends, surround yourself with family members who loves you for what you are. don't mope around hurting and feel bad of yourself over a jerk. he is not important.
