at what point does someone differentiate, or where is the line drawn between a "peck" or "man-boob", like when should someone buy a men's bra

ahhh of course the man boob or casually refferred as the moobs. Some key differents. Can you flexthe pecks. Make sure if you do the don't get to much jiggle. Second is droppage. Does the peck/boob fold over. Third is the space between the two. Is it bold. If you answered wrong to 2 of the three you made need to where a man bra. Or a Cramer calls it the bro also reffered as the manzeer

All people (male and female) have boobs anyway, since the structure of the torso is built before any sexual differentiation begins in the womb. Hence why guys have nipples. In females, when they enter puberty, they start to produce more oestrogen, and this is a trigger for the body to start developing boobs.
In guys therefore, manboobs can be a result of having too much oestrogen, for one reason or another (it can be an adverse reaction to steroids).
The more common manboobs are simply on overweight people, where the body looks for new places to dump fat. The breast area is pretty good for doing this.
