well Im no expert but heres my best...cardio is exercise for the heart (as in cardiac/heart) it gets your heart pumping & your blood flowing & over all gets your body to burn fat & get all of its systems pumping....meditation is the relaxation & clarifying of the mind and is beneficial to you as it is healthy to have a calm & clear mind to better slove your life dilemas & daily obstacles also to help in the destressing of the body......thats my take on it hope I helped
