Princess R ~
I don't love women's boxing but I respect the fighters and their abilities. Woman fighters train harder than most men in gym and they have the never say quit attitude. My old Trainer Bucky Moreno at "Buckys House of Pain" trained several female fighters who were really good Maricella Rodriguez, Mini Rodriguez, Jimi Chartrand and several others that were pure inspiration, you can look up these woman a the Internet and see them or just type in the coaches name and see what comes up. The reason why I don't love woman's boxing is because of the lack of great fights why didn't Lucia Riker and Christy Martin pursue their fight after Riker was injured? Why is Lalia Ali ducking Anne Wolfe and Letticia Robinson why are woman still getting considerably less purses then men, when they take the same risk? Women's boxing could be great but the Promoters are taking it in the wrong direction. Princess R if you have the will and desire to box than you should box, you're still young. I know you said you were injured and not knowing the extent of your injuries if you absolutely can not box you sound like you have the love of the sport, why don't you start hanging around a gym pick up on some things watch and listen, help a Trainer out when they need some help, ask some questions and maybe one day you could become a Trainer. Good luck Princess R in whatever you do!!!

I don't really follow it close but I do have couple who are a good friend of mine. Such as Jessica Rakoczy, she's one who really get my respect since she really kicked my *** in boxing. Also I train with Ava Knight (if you know who she is) who is a very good boxer, she gave me black eye in sparring not long ago lol.

You can do Cardio Kickboxing, modified for your back.
Try reading "Light on Yoga," by BKS Iyengar. A yoga exercise straightened my back out when I could hardly walk, the Cobra.
