i brush my teeth for 2 in some people say that is too much and some say too less i dont know how to believe so can you help me out on this one?

2 minutes is enough, there have been studies showing that over 2 minutes will cause damage to ur enamel and u aren't removing any more plaque.

look some people say 2min but I think i spend 30 to 45 sec each time and I didnt get my first cavity until i was 29 and the first time i went to the dentist I was 15 years old. but I do brush after every meal

5 mins. or longer. also, use those electric/battery operated toothbrush. i've never had a cavity in my life but i do go to the dentist twice a year to get them clean.
