I really like this girl I am dating. I am somewhat religous and have a very strong faith. I am not sure how to approach it, but my last realtionship ended because of this. I don't want to invest 2 years of my life only to have her say she does not believe in God again. Will i scare her away if I give her the ultimatum of faith now?? I am not a freak, just a strong Christian male!! (Like Puddy on Seinfeld)

tell her honestly. like maybe invite her to church with you or bring it up in conversation. that way you get her honest response to religion in general and will know your answer. i agree, investing along time in a relationship when you dont share the same values isnt good for either of you. good luck :)

I'm also a christian male with strong faith. I woud not suggest you bringing it up when you date.

Trying being together for atleast 6 months to a year be4 bringing it out. If she doesn't accept Christ, pray. God will do maricals in your life.

After you punch her right in the face. Leave before someone calls the cops, then come back hours later drunk and tell her the devil made you do it... right there is the foundation for a healthy chat. If it turns into an arguement, give her the crazy eyes and she'll obey. This is what I did... I wonder why I can't get into a long lasting relationship.

maybe the next time you are just sitting around just talking you can bring it up and find out she feels about religion why wait if this is going to be a problem for her better to get it out early in the relationship

shoulda brought it up before yall started dating!

try thowing it in slowly by saying stuff like "my weekend was great...at church we..." and see her reaction and body language.

invite her to an event.

talk about it every once in a while so she knows it's a significant part of your life. u may not have to confront her directly. she may bring something up, ask a question...or run away:(

with things like religion (or drug addiction), it should definatley be one of the first things you tell a person you plan to have a relationship with but in guessing you haven't done so you need to discuss it with her asap.. and don't break it to her slowly coz she'll think you're hiding something from her.. just do it!!

NEVER! Religion is the cause of all wars and it will be yours in your relationship. Its her choice to pick her own religion.
