we both are 36 yrs old and this is going to be our first serious attempt of making a babay .My question is are there any medications which increases the chances of fertilization and conception

Try between 10-18 days of the menstrual cycle and your chances are good.Any medication will be only after you have failed thru normal means for 1-2 years. Since you are 36 already, suggest that you don't postpone it any longer so as to avoid late pregnancy complications.

No. Doctors will only give fertility drugs if you have been trying at least 2 years

You can deposit sperm in a sperm bank, so if she doesn't get pregnant while you are here, she can be artificially inseminated. Ain't technology wonderful!

if ur wife's cycle is normal then u can try between 13th day & 16th day after first day of her period
