Depends on what kind you eat. Check the ingredients. Avoid things like high fructose corn syrup, preservatives... And look for one with good vegetable oils like rapeseed or cotton seed. Peter Pan is about as close as you can get without getting into the all natural brands that separate and have to be remixed each time you open the jar. As for the yogurt, you'll have to go with plain in order for it to have good dieting effects. Add a fresh fruit like strawberries or blueberries to make it more edible. A good rule to follow: The fewer the ingredients and the less man made the better. Hope this helps!

While peanut butter may be high in calories, it could be good for health in moderation. It's good to have about 300-400 calories for breakfast even if you're trying to lose weight, as you want to have the energy to start your day. I dont think it's bad, but if you are going to eat peanut butter every day, make sure you reduce fat in other areas. Also, variety is a good thing. Maybe eating peanut butter toast some days, and things like oatmeal other days.

Peanut butter is OK as long as its in moderation. Use no more than 1-2 tablespoons on 2 slices of 40 calorie bread or unsalted crackers per serving. Peanut butter has protein and good fats but do limit yourself. Yogurt is good...the non-fat kind and no more than 2-3 servings a day for that. Someone once told me that oatmeal was good for the midsection. I don't know how true it is but it's worth a try.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

Hi
Yes peanut butter is bad as it is loaded with calories instead try this simple plan it worked for meso here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
Good luck

Of course it's bad eating peanut butter while being on diet. By following a weight loosing diet, you must cut down all carbs, including peanut butter. It contains sugar, and insulin stores sugar as fat.

Yes peanut butter is fattening. . .it has so much fat and saturated fat, stick to a pinch of raw almonds. . .about the yogurt, I know it makes you lose lots of weight, but I don't think it targets the midsection

Well, if you eat lots and lots of peanut butter and yogurt, you'll still gain weight. It's all moderation.

I just came off a two week diet and I used natural peanutbutter to curb my hunger. I only lost five pounds, but beggars can't be choosers, y'know?
But to answer your question, peanutbutter in small amounts (and especially without jelly) won't stop you from losing weight.
