Sure you can! You can eat ANYTHING you want at any time and NOT gain weight. There is ONE and ONLY one way to change your weight, calories in versus calories out. Think of your weight like a bank account. If you put in more than you take out, your balance (weight) increases. If you take out more than you put in, your balance (weight) decreases. NONE of the diets out there work without this basic premise of calories in and calories out. Some work by chemically causing an imbalance and dehydrate you, which is where the 30 pounds in a week stuff comes from, but that is "water weight" and fluctuates greatly from day to day in most people.

Simply do this, burn more calories than the ice cream provides and you will not gain weight as a result of the ice cream. Simple, elegant, and it works...

I suppose you could if you are reasonnable with the quantity. I'm affraid I terribly hooked on ice cream and Hershey's chocolate topping. By the way, I stopped smoking and with the help of my Mount Vesuvia volcanoes ( as I call my sundaes ) I gained 45 pounds!... So try to go easy on the goodies dear heart otherwise you'll end up to be like me ! LOL.

Of course! If you keep your calorie count in sync with your metabolism. Calories are calories, whether they come from ice cream or broccollii.....Now, if you want to know if it is healthy to eat ice cream everyday...that is a different question.

Think about portions. If you have a spoonful a day, it won't matter...but if you eat a daily pint... :)

This is What you do. You eat The IceCream and then eat a brownie thats not sugarless, have a little bit of soda, or maybe a liter full of coffee icecream and then you get super hyper and then you run around your whole house and lose weight. Dosent everybody know that?

Everything in moderation! Have a small portion, preferably a light brand (Blue Bunny has a good light version), and make sure you're eating lots of the good foods and exercising.

If you get enough exercise, you can eat anything you want and not gain weight. If you want to lose weight, use more calories than you take in. If you want to gain weight, take in more than you use. If you want to maintain weight, use what you take in.

If you only eat a little every day, it shouldn't be a big deal. Don't have a huge bowl of it, just a small scoop or two. And of course different flavors have different amounts of calories and/or fat content.
