Hi, I'm 13 years old. My hair is a medium brown colour. I have an oval face, with blue-green eyes. My hairstyle right now has about 4 layers. My bangs are seperated and at about my chin. I'm not too keen to dye my hair. Strikes+Highlights are under consideration. Any suggestions and ideas are greatly appreciation. Photos of styles are also a great help.

Keep it very simple so it doesn't need constant fussing with - you have better things to do with your life! I'd strongly advise against changing the color. It looks phony, and then when it grows out again you have (yuck) stupid-looking roots. If you swim, short-medium dries faster than long.
An oval face looks great with any hair style - I bet you'll look really super no matter what style you choose. So you might as well choose something that doesn't take hours of attention.

Well since you already have layers you might go get a razor cut...and start flipping out your ends with a flat iron and ION (Sally Beauty Supply) Hydraulic lift hairspray...This stuff holds great...no matter what the weather...
