I've come to some conclusion that most so-called religious people don't know there religion well enough and only pick on the verses that justifies their own actions and belief whilst ignoring the whole meaning of the book. Unfortunately the Islamic faith have more of these people than any other religion.

I also believe that although religion is important people should abide by the laws of the country that they are living in. After all you should not bite at the hand that feeds you. If you disagree with the law of the country then go somewhere else.

Shame on those men who claims to be muslims. In Australia, women are not property, and women are to be treated with respect as human beings. No matter what!

Anyone who threatens another with death is acting contrary to all religion, not to mention the law.

On the other hand beauty contests do raise moral questions and are offensive to many people, not just muslims. Feminists for example.

In any event, you cannot denigrate muslims on the basis of the behaviour of a few individuals. I think clearly you have a prejudice against muslims, and you want to use this to persuade others to think like you do.

Christians persecuted the Jews and fought wars against Muslims for centuries, based on prejudices like these. People can be prosecuted for breaking the law, but they should not be prosecuted just for having different religious beliefs. True the laws are different in some Muslim countries, but we don't have to behave like them, do we? Better to lead by example.

I'm not speaking out against the tolerant Muslims, but when your holy book makes comments like "And befriend not the Jews or Christians", and "Slay the pagans wherever ye find them", that oughta be a heads up. Islam claims to be a religion of peace, and many Islamic websites claim a number of women have converted to Islam from Christianity because of that verse in Corinthians that says women shouldn't speak out in church. As opposed to 4:34 in the "noble" Qur'an: "And you shall beat her [your wife] with a miswak." "Miswak" is almost universally defined as a "small, natural toothbrush". So that's what kind of dirty men those Muslims are.

you're loose to placed on head scarves or the full uslim equipment because it really is a loose united states of america. even with the undeniable fact that, there's a anxiousness about Muslims immediately - 9/11, Bali (88 Australians useless), London and Madrid bombings, plus all the others. yet human beings also see it because it being women being oppressed etc even with if this is not, this is how this is perceived... you could not stay in concern. purely per chance be slightly picky... wearing the full burqua probaly going to get anxious reactions. headscarf probably a lot less so...

These Muslim men are NOT dirty men, if any one is dirty here is this woman!!! who wants to show her body in bikini to thousands of men, who just oggle her as a piece of meat or sex-object. Men are merely trying to Protect her Chastity, and Protect her from the Impure/vulgar thoughts of those men for this woman.
