A catalog called One Step Ahead, which sells chindren's products sells and mini, battery operated fan that is designed to clip onto your stroller or car seat. They are on the internet. If it isn't in the current catalog (since it isn't really the season for fans), just call them.

I got one at the Dollar Store, for a buck. Batteries not included. It's really great.

One of those budget shops at Bugis Square. Also check that sometimes these are given as free gifts with batteries. You can also look up the hardware store, those that sell tools, nuts and bolts.
