Tie it into with something she enjoys. For example if she enjoy's sports, pull an adam sandler in "anger management". run out into the field, scream it.
Do it in a way that its known that she is the only one for you.
a friend of mine actually used cambells soup as a way to propose, he put the ring in the pot and she kept hearing the clinking.
do something that you will always keep as an inside joke that you can both laugh and cry about.
it really depends on your relationship with her
personally i would like it to be a game were my fiance will send me clues about where to meet him. what to wear.. etc etc
surprises are the best.. for any girl..

I steamed open a fortune cookie, put the ring inside, wrapped a string around it and baked it back shut.
After a Chinese dinner, slip the cookie by her plate when she's not looking. She will never see it coming.
The one knee thing is cool, but the cookie makes for great stories and all of her girlfriends and family will immediately think you're just a bit cooler

The best way is to be yourself... express how much you love her and how much you wanted to spend the rest of your life with her...
I assume you already know by now, what your girl likes, where she always want to go, what kind of things she likes, I think you can start there by thinking of ways to help and support you to make your proposal memorable and make her say "yes" :-)

Buy a nice flat in a post locality and furnish it tastefully.
Take her to a top-class restaurant in your stylish car for dinner.
After dinner, drive her to the flat.
Go out for a stroll in the garden.
Bring out a diamond ring from your pocket and propose to her.
If she accepts, both of you are done for the future.
If she doesn't, at least you can re-use this set-up (furnished flat, stylish car, diamond ring, etc.) to propose another one in the future.

Despite what Hollywood has brainwashed you into, you don't have to hire a plane and write the proposal across the sky. You can ask her anytime. It doesn't have to be a moonlit night and romantic setting. Just tell her you love her, and ask her to be your wife.

really depends to you and your likeness of things but any sweet way we girls appreciate, you know your girl more than any of us here, I just to be fair not giving out much details to it coz not all girls want the same kind of proposals, i suggest try to know through her friends, your friends or from her like you were just asking and do it right away, just try to be creative about it, you may try to do a bit impromptu and a bit of a surprise on the side

here's some good ways:
1. take her out, show her a good time, do whatever she wants to do, and while taking her to dinner at a romantic resturaunt, pop the question while on your knee.
2. if she likes sports, take her to a game of her favorite team, and get the officials to put the question on the electronic scoreboard.
