I'm a twin. You have to give them names that DON'T start with the same letter. You also have to make sure the names sound good when said together. e.g. Thomas and mildred don't go. It is easier with fraternal boy/girl twins because they are more or less like siblings. I would suggest Axle and Horace for the boy/boy, Fiona and Sasha for the girl girl and Naomi and Derrek for the boy/girl. Yeah, those names sound good, they are contemporary yet won't date. I hope you consider them.

Zygosity may not matter to you. You've been dying to use cute matching names forever. Multiple birth gives you your chance. Be forewarned... Lots of parents of multiples choose to give matching names to multiples. When you do this you run the risk of getting the kids confused. (Did you say Madison or Madeline?) You also run the risk of confusing everyone else.
That being said here are 50 to consider.

I like twin names that match. But yet I don't like common names so I wouldn't go with Taylor and Tyler. But maybe Christian and Christopher. My grandma was a twin and her and her sisters names matched and I just loved how her parents did it. Their names were Verna Era and Erna Vera. They called them Ernie and Vernie though. Their names may have not been the best sounding but I loved the technique. I also know a set of Triplets that their parents made their names start with A, B, then C. It was cool.
