can you tell by eye contact if someone is in love with you......
ok the situation involved my exfiance... he was in a really bad car accident and i went to the hospital to see him with my exhusband as well as we are allll friends...sounds odd hu...yeah i know my ex husband started it all anyhow...i met his wife she is nice didnt mind us being there...but my exfiance wouldnt talk to me all he would do is look at me with that look .... like im so sorry i know i let you down i love you so much look and he wouldnt quit...the whole time we were there... he did tell me to be carefull driving though and to take care of myself when i left though and i almost cried i told him i would have hugged him like everyone else did but i was afraid of hurting him and he knew that i was lying...

i met him when i was 15 dated him when i was 24 .... i was 30 or so when he was in the hospital

Yes. Eyes are the windows to one's soul. You can lie to other people, and you can lie to yourself but if someone knows you all too well, your eyes will always give it away. :)

Since none of us can look into his eyes-you'll have to rely on your own judgment as to what his eyes were telling you-perhaps its your wishful thinking-how do you feel about him? Sounds like he broke up the future marriage by what his eyes were telling you-are you sure you can trust him-do you want to trust him-these ar questions you need to be asking yourself. I would wait if he'll contact you. Since you went to see him that's a opening for him to contact you when he feels up to it-if his eyes were telling you what you read there. If he doesn't then when he's better follow with 1-ONE follow-up visit or phone call-checking on his progress and if he wants to restart relationship then he'll use that opportunity to do so-if not then maybe you misread and need to continue your life. Perhaps some counseling why your relationships fail wouldn't be a bad idea-find yourself first before you again get involved/ Good luck

A person with light eyes ... such as blue are easier to read. It the size of the pupil that tells the story. That's why you see all the sun glasses on the TV poker tournaments.
