depends on you and him....how often does he want to and how available are you? first thing in the morning, at bedtime and at least twice in between. but more or less according your needs is ok too.

That's a good question. I did the same thing with my kids and I just nursed them when they seemed fussy...I never worried if I was doing it too much or too little. But I seem to remember that by that age, I was doing it around 4 times a day...once in the morning (when they first woke up), once around 11 am, once around nap time (around 2 pm), and once again before bed (and on cranky days, after nap time). Let him tell you how often he needs or wants it. You can't do it wrong. And, trust me...it goes by SO fast! Enjoy this precious time!

as long as he still nurses, let him decide when he wants to nurse.

there is nothing wrong with breast milk after introduction to solids.

i bet he's a cutie!

not much by this point you should be cutting down to once or twice a day.
