It is in my personal experience that it takes woman longer to receive an orgasm than a man, and normally a females orgasm does not come from intercourse, but rather from clitoral stimulation. So my advice to you is to get your love to pleasure into one orgasm and then immediately (like when your orgasm is not even done) go into intercourse (at advanced speeds). This will be stimulating for the male, as well as continual stimulation for you that can result in multiple orgasms.

Keigel exercises...I started have them after the birth of my son and had to perform keigel exercise to strengthen that area...and be open to oral sex....yep get used to those muscle contractions...and you will have the time of your life.
