Personally, I prefer using a gentle soap like Dove or Softsoap. Don't want to hurt the people you're cleaning, you know? But for the ones who just WON'T GET CLEAN, I go for the heavy-duty soap: Ivory. You can't go wrong with the ivory one. Good luck with the brainwashing! And if you need some tips on the best way to get in there (don't use the ears...no direct route...go through the nose), you can always respond to this answer!
