i had this blister, (i'm a runner) and it was beginning to form into a callous, but i was SO STUPID and i ripped the skin layer off, which turned out to be two layers that were beginning to stick together. Now my skin underneath is VERY sensitive...so while i'm SLEEPING should i let it dry out or should i put neosporin on and but a bandaid over it ...i have to run tomorrow

lol, ive done that... let it dry. if you keep it moist, its just going to be worse for you while you are running. keep it aired.

It's normal to look like that. When it's new I poke it with a sterilized needle and let the water run out. Next time don't rip the skin off. Yes put antibiotic and a bandage on for a few days.

Okay, you can air it out , but be sure to bandage it thoroughly before your run or you will pay dearly. When you get home, treat your poor, injured foot to a healing neosporin application, and don't let it see the light for three days. I used to march in a drill team and that's how we had to treat blisters that had been torn open.
