250 points is the limit.
You can find out automatically when you will b able to see rating on your log in. If rating is enabled then you are at level two.
Another way -> Go to My Q&A section on top right corner here you would see how much points you have and how much you need more for second level. Keep on answering questions in a right manner and each answer would get you 2 points. If your answer got the best answer then you would get 10 points.
So if you give good ansers then your possibility to reach second level fast is greater. other wiseanswer atleast 75 quetions to reach level two.

Keep answering questions and try to answer some of them well. You get 10 points if you answer is chosen the best.
BTW, asking them reduces you points. I think it is 5 points each question.
