I've been told (here) that cats don't like their bowls cleaned with standard dish soap. Can anyone recommend any brands?

Lots of people make this mistake. It is not the brand of soap; it's the soap residue. As long as you rinse the bowl thoroughly, you shouldn't have any problems.
