I receive Pell Grants, OTAG, and Stafford subsidized and unsubsidized loans to put myself through college. I have 2 disabled children but the best way to answer that question is to talk to the financial aid officer of the school your child is considering attending.

I don't know of any government agency that gives scholarships to children of disabled parents. However, the government does fund people based on merit and/or financial need.
For specialized categories of people you're more likely to find funding through non-profit foundations, corporate and professional giving programs, and other charitable organizations. The best place I've gotten scholarship information from has been The Foundation Center - http://foundationcenter.org/
Good luck!

Not if they are just regularly disabled. If they were injured in a ward or in the line of duty (like as a cop or firefighter) there are some scholarships/grants available, but not with just disability.

Children of disabled veterans mostly, but a private organization might check www.fastweb.com for all kinds of scholarships.
