I really need a software that can remove vocals from a mp3 file...

U can try Windows Media Player 11 beta version released world wide and use the new karoke function in it.

No. Windows Media Player does not have "lyrics cancelling" features native to it.

There may be some extension written by some enterprising programmer out there that can do that, but you are basically asking for real time audio editing out of a player.

In a way... you can go to the equalizer setting in VIEW or OPTIONS i think. then toggle with the buttons, You will notice changes in the music file.

i dont think thats possible, but if its a well known song u might be able to download an instrumental version
