The answer is yes and it is getting better every day.
I'm a straight person raising two children and I didn't want them to attend a church that practices discrimination or is unsure of what it practices.
So the first church we found was the Unitarian church. The Unitarians definitely want everyone to know that it takes all comers. When homosexuals make advances in reducing discrimination, this church celebrates that!
The second church I found is the Church of Christ. You have to go to their website and check out their award-winning television ads which were banned by all networks and nearly all cable stations. They are the best ads I have ever seen and one person accurately described them as the only important 30 seconds on television. These ads are fantastic and you won't be sorry for taking your time to view them.
The third church is the Episcopal church. It has a new female leader who clearly stated her support for homosexuality her first week in office. I wrote her a letter about her terrific leadership.
There have been several gains within religion this past year. The Methodists did not defrock a practicing Lesbian preacher although their rules allow/force them to do so. Something happened within the Lutheran church too but I forgot what.

What is it that you seek in a religion? Is it just a social club? Or are you trying to find out how to enter the afterlife and live for eternity? If your goal is eternity, then you need to find out what the truth is. Following a religion that is not true will not get you anywhere good. It would be like trying to drive from L.A. to N.Y. But, instead of using a map or following the signs, just going down whichever road feels right or seems to be the nicest. There would be no telling where you would end up. Love the sinner; hate the sin is a horrible message to preach from the pulpit when dealing with homosexuality. If they don't accept your practices then don't accept you because being gay is much more about your identity than it is about sex.
I'd advise to stay away from churches whether they are liberal or conservative who make simple cliche statements about the issue.

I am a christian. I accept the person I just don't condone the homosexuality. That is how it should be in the body of Christ. Homosexuality is like any other thing, promiscuity, drugs, alcohol, ... You(in general) are not that thing, you are a person who does the thing. So I accept you.

The religion of the world, it tells you to accept anything you want. Join it if you believe anything goes. Otherwise find the truth.

As much as you may not believe, Catholicism ACCEPTS homosexuals, but they do not accept their practices. The Catholic Church is not against homosexuals, but yet, their practices. Being homosexual is not a sin, it is acting upon it that is.
