Do you like food or do you just like eating? There's a big difference.
If you like food, then by all means, enjoy the food that you do eat.
But if it's eating that you like, then you risk eating too much! There's no problem if you eat several small meals a day, but if you're putting on weight, then you're probably eating too much!
Try eating more often, but small amounts each time. When you do eat, sit down at the table and do just that...eat slowly and savor your food! Really enjoy it! Then get up and go do something else.
If you snack mindlessly during the day, it might be because you're bored or stressed out. There's probably a lot of sugar in it too! Maybe you can drink some water, eat a carrot and then go for a walk instead?
Enjoying your food is one thing, but if you want to manage your weight, try to find small ways to change your eating habits.

Although some of the real answers to your question are very good including exercise, more of a proper diet (watching what you eat) but you also have to be able to have the proper nutrition in your diet as well. You surely understand with all of the crops that we have grown over the past one hundred years we have depleted our soil. In doing this we have to replace those lost nutrients to make our bodies operate at full capacity. Which in turn involves the ability to control our weight and metabolism. Instead of eating full portions of everything, make sure that each meal is no larger than your fist. If you keep that in mind, you'll lose weight. Eat 5 or 6 times a day with portions no larger than your fist. Fill up on water, fruit and veggies, with partial portions of the food you really like.

You need to stop eating sweets and stuff that causes you to gain weight in the first place. Eat more nutritious foods.

Try Overeaters Anonymous or Weight Watchers. They both have people that will walk through losing weight. You have to want to make it work for you.
They also teach you how to control your portions and still be able to eat what you want.

You don't. You really need to make sacrifices. leave the bread out, the sugar, eat veggies an fruit and work out every day. That is the only way, believe me. I am struggeling all the time and if I have lost wait it was only because I left out the bread and the sugar and worked my butt off.

I can identify with ya. I lost 27 pounds this summer, then I lost my job. Guess what? I gained back the 27 pounds plus a few more! I wish I had an answer for you.

eat the food you love just dont eat as much of it and throw in an apple or two but if you dont like 2 eat fruit by its self like me try yogort for breakfast its healthy

i wish i could help. i lost over 100 pounds and gained it all back and am back to trying to lose it all again. the first time was just upping the exercise and cutting the crappy foods.
