Sounds great. Spread tortillas w/ cream cheese, add peeled, thin apple slices & thin sliced ham. I'd add salt, too.

You could make a wrap.

1 Spread a thin to moderate layer of cream cheese onto your tortilla
2 Slice the apples thin and layer onto the tortilla
3 Slice the ham thin and layer onto the tortilla
4 Wrap the tortilla like a buritto, first from the bottom and then roll in the sides.

It sounds delicious!

Why of course a wrap... This is what you do:

just slice the apples into long slices, and same with the ham.
then heat up the torilla real good, without burning it..
smoother the middle of the tortilla with the cream cheese...
add the sliced apples
add the sliced ham

Roll it up into a burrito.
Enjoy!
