a software that can ensure drafters to draw out schematic, termination, single line and all those electronic/electrical drawings. able to count out loss of power and also able to recognize and tells you how many items(ex: terminal blocks) that is needed for a specific drawings.

You are looking for a category of software called CAD (Computer Aided Design) The one famous package of this type of program is AutoCAD.

One word... Pspice - an electronic draftsmen's best friend... AutoCad is great for Mechanical Drawings or Archtectial drawings, but Pspice can actually simulate your circuits as you build them. Its not Free, but its awesome. Unless you are a college student. Then your college probably can provided it for free. Mine did.
