if you look at someone with lust or hate it is just as bad a haveing sex or killing them

I beg to differ. Nothing that comes out my mouth good or bad, or whatever I am thinking can ever defile my body.

I quite agree, very apt. It can be truly cutting when unkind words are spoken or scripted. I have been guilty of such things to my ultimate regret. I often find mirth before reflecting upon the reaction of a more subdued and gentle soul, thoughtless in the moment but to my chagrin I am reminded in hours better spent sleeping of these possibilities; better said; probabilities. It's not all sunshine and strudel. Oh, the bane of being gifted such a sense of humour. Still it's my burden, as God has seen fit for me to carry it; I shall. Ah, but at such a price to me as this. Truly the mysteries abound, yet we are not privy to the ways of the One.
