you are looking for a hair Lightener.... or hair bleach. they are usually in the same area as the hair removers (like Nair or VEET), and they do NOT remove the hair, but DO make it lighter in color and less noticable... which is what your question says you want. just keep reading boxes til you find it... OR ask a store clerk.

Well, there are Nair products that work really well for taking the hair OFF, and there are bleaching products for your situation...personally I shave my arms (I have dark brown hair and I think it's gross looking). I love my arms shaved...it really makes a difference. The only thing I would warn against is if you do a bleaching kit, don't leave it on for too long especially if you have naturally dark hair (it will only attract more attention to the hair because it won't match your natural color). Honestly, shaving every one or two days is well worth it. But that is very much a personal decision. Do whatever makes you feel comfortable. Perhaps try the bleaching idea and if it doesn't turn out well, just shave it off...good luck and I hope this helped!

I have a lot of hair too but with age it has gotten a little lighter thank goodness. There are a lot of different products that can lighten the hair but I don't know if that would look good with your skin tone if you have brown coloring. You might want to look into some of the mens facial hair coloring to lighten the hair to a light brown instead of using something that women use on their facial hair because that basically turns it blonde and might make it stand out more. Another thing you can do is trim the hair with a mustach trimmer but if you do that you will have to do it for the rest of your life because it will keep growing and in some cases grow back darker and thicker. The best thing is probably try the mens facial hair coloring to just lighten it a little bit then over time it should lighten on its own and you won't have to do it anymore.

Well, I've been shaving my arms since I was 13 and never had a problem with hair growing back thicker. Even if the hair grows back, you can barely notice it. Shaving, Nair, or Veet is not a bad thing!

Go to your local drug store and check out the hair removal aisle. You don't have to remove the hair, but there are some very easy-to-use bleaching kits available if you have dark arm hair. If you're feeling a bit more brave, then go for a simple depilatory cream like Nair for body- generally the hair on your arms is easy to get rid of because it's so fine.

Since you don't want to try dep creams (Sally Hansen is the best brand in the market just in case you change your mind), and you don't wanna shave your hair on your arms, then the only choices that are available for you right now are the following:

1. Laser (ask your dermatologist for his/her services. What ever happens, do not go for IPL)
2. Threading (Awfully painful so I strongly suggest that you take at least 2 tablets of painkillers an hour before the actual process. And make sure that you go to a professional, otherwise, you might experience cuts and rashes)
3. Waxing (Doesn't matter if it's cold or hot, but personally, I would suggest that you go for cold wax to avoid any kind of skin burn. Skin burn can cause discolouration and you don't want that, right? ^_~)

Whichever process you choose to do so, please make sure that you moisturize before and after the "hair removal session" to avoid any chicken skin, and other skin irritations. Goodluck!

If you want to get rid of it, I would suggest laser hair removal, although it can be expensive and they can only remove the hair from your bicep to your wrist. If you don't want tp remove it and just want to make it less noticable, try bleaching it with Jolen bleach, although if you are dark skinned with dark arm hair, it can look odd to have very blonde hair on your arms. You can also try waxing which is less expensive than laser hair removal, but you need to do it more often than laser. It might grow back slightly finer over a long period of time. Hope this helps!

Sometime a lot of hair can be a sign of Estrogen Dominance and should be address. It can cause a lot more problems than hair. If this is the case speak to a Gynocologist.

However, everyone does have some hair on their arms it is the way God made us.

Try Nair. It will dissolve the hair and it will not grow back for awhile. You can also bleach the hair with Jo-len bleach.
